Property valuation, which one’s right for me?
There are different types of property valuations available, including virtual valuations, and in-person valuation.

Virtual valuations: Virtual home valuations have become increasingly popular in recent years, particularly within the modern world of none standard working hours and pets. This type of valuation involves using video technology to give the agent a virtual tour of your property, we can then provide a valuation remotely. The benefits of this type of valuation include the convenience of not having to schedule an in-person visit and the speed of the valuation process. However, virtual valuations may not be as accurate as in-person valuations, particularly if there are issues with video quality or connectivity.
